150 g butter
1 bunch of parsley
4 large onions cut into strips
Some saffron pistils
1 cinnamon stick
4 tablespoons sugar
6 eggs

2 to 3 tablespoons of icing sugar

Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbs. plus 1 1⁄2 tsp. sweet paprika
1 lemon
5 Tbs. (3 fl. Oz / 80 ml) olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 lb. of swordfish or any other firm fish (cut into filet or steak)

2 large ripe tomatoes (grated & seeded)
1 large handful fresh parsley (finely chopped)

About 7 oz. of Chinese vermicelli (rice vermicelli or bean thread)

1 large handful dry black mushrooms
1 tablespoon of hot sauce (or to taste)
Assembly
1 lb. of Warqa (pastry sheets)
1 egg yolk (lightly beaten)
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup of unsalted, & melted butter
