Moroccan Chicken Kebab Recipe procedure

These Moroccan Chicken Kebab Recipe is usually made with either turkey or chicken breast, but you can use a dark meat also if you prefer. Plan ahead, as marinating the meat for at least several hours will yield excellent results.

  • Marinate the Meat
  • In a large bowl add the chicken’s breast cubes, cilantro and parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, ginger powder, lemon juice .Mix well and let it marinate for few hours.
  • Cook the Brochettes
  • Preheat your grill or broiler to medium to medium-high heat.
  • Take your wooden skewers and collocate your chicken cubes in, add your choice of veggies between these cubes.
  • Grill the skewers on medium till it’s fully cooked. Please note that the brochettes will dry out if the high heat is used..

Serving

Serve the chicken skewers with Taktouka or Zaalouk side dishes with homemade bread or white rice.
