Moroccan Vegetable soup

  • In your pot put all your vegetables, chicken breast, your seasoning and olive oil.
  • Add 1 litter of water to your pot and put it on medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes to cook.
  • Once your ingredients all cooked together, turn your heat off and use the hand blender to make a thick creamy soup, if you do not have a hand blender, let your vegetables to cool down for 30 minutes then start blending it in your blender machine.
  • Put back your pot with your creamy delicious soup on the fire and let it boil for another 10 minutes add salt and pepper if needed.

Serving

Serve your vegetable soup warm with Regular homemade bread, Garlic bread or bruschetta.
