In a large sauce pan or cooking pan add water and salt
Put your sauce pan on medium heat till it boils, add semolina, and Evoo or butter and stir
Cook the semolina till it gets thicker, add your cup of milk and let it boil for another 3 minutes then turn off your heat.
Top your semolina soup with some extra olive oil or butter and serve it hot with some dates. This soup is a must in some regions in south of Morocco, especially in cold mornings or evenings, also is light and healthy soup.
