Moroccan Semolina soup

  • In a large sauce pan or cooking pan add water and salt
  • Put your sauce pan on medium heat till it boils, add semolina, and Evoo or butter and stir
  • Cook the semolina till it gets thicker, add your cup of milk and let it boil for another 3 minutes then turn off your heat. 

Serving

Top your semolina soup with some extra olive oil or butter and serve it hot with some dates. This soup is a must in some regions in south of Morocco, especially in cold mornings or evenings, also is light and healthy soup.
