  • In a large bowl add your cilantro and parsley, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin and mix well to make a thick sauce.
  • Marinate your sardines by adding some sauce to each sardine and cover it with the other one, so you need to have the sauce in the middle of two sardines’ fish.
  • Take a plate and add floor to it and have your sardines breaded in it.
  • In a frying pan add your oil; make sure it is very hot before you fry the sardines.
  • Once you fry the sardines and get that golden brown color, take them out of the frying pan and put them on some paper towels to absorb the extra oil.

Serving

In your serving plate put some parsley leaves add the sardines and some lemon wedges on the sides, and serve it with some refreshing Moroccan salads and homemade bread.
