Moroccan Rice & Tuna salad

  • Preparation:
  • Boil your rice and let it cook for 20 minutes, rinse it and leave it on the side to get cold.
  • In a bowl add the olive oil, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, pepper, and mix well.
  • Add your tuna to the sauce and mix then add corn and rice and mix well.
  • Take a round or square bowl and load it with your rice mixture and press.

Serving

Put your lettuce leaves in your serving plate. Place and empty your rice tuna salad in the center of your serving dish.
