Moroccan Kabab skewers

  • In a large bowl put your meat cubes, add onions, paprika, cumin, parsley and cilantro, salt, pepper, coriander, mix all the dry ingredients with your mean and rub it well then add your choice of oil.
  • Cover your meat bowl with a plastic wrap and let it marinate for few hours before you grill it (preferably overnight).
  • Take your skewers and collocate the meat cubes equally in each skewer, keep doing the same thing until you finish with all the meat cubes.
  • Prepare your grill, preferably charcoal to get that nice smoky flavor on your kebab, or you can use your electric grill on medium heat.
  • Grill the skewers the way you like your meat to be cooked on, you can grill some veggies on the side like tomatoes, baby onions or some peppers.

Serving

Serve your kebab skewers hot, with some side dishes and homemade pita bread.
