2 tablespoons of orange blossom water
4 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 leaves of Lattes (Cut on small slices)
Juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of almond (blanched, skinned)
Mint leaves
Sliced dates

For the Almond Paste:
1p or 500g of almonds (blanched, skinned)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cups or 275g of sugar
1/3 cup or 75mL of orange flower water
1/4 cup or 60g of butter (unsalted, and melted)
Optional: ½ tea spoon of maska ( Arabic Gum)
For the Pastry Dough:
3 cups or 375g of flour
2 small eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4-5 tablespoons of orange flower water
3/4 cup or 170g of butter (unsalted, and melted)
For the Optional Egg Wash:
1 egg
1 tablespoon of orange flower water
For Optional Kaaba M'Fenneda:
Optional: orange flower water (for dipping)

Recipe

250g or 8 1/2 oz ground of raw almonds
125g or 4 2/5 oz of caster (superfine) sugar
Pinch of salt
4 egg yolks
2 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
70g or 2 1/2 oz of salted butter
1 teaspoon of orange blossom water
A small bowl of icing sugar (optional)

About 4 cups of flour
1 bowl of golden sesame seeds (toasted)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground anise
1/8 teaspoon of Moroccan yellow colorant (or 1/2 teaspoon turmeric)
Pinch of maska or Moroccan gum
1/4 tsp. of sugar and crushed into a powder
1 extra-large egg
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of saffron threads (crumbled)
1/4 cup of butter (melted)
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup of warm water
About 5 cups or 4 lbs. of honey
2 tablespoon of orange flower water
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of orange flower water
About 6.5 cups of vegetable oil (frying oil)
1/2 cup of golden sesame seeds, toasted (for decorating)
