Moroccan Chicken Kebab

  • In a large bowl add the chicken’s breast cubes, cilantro and parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, ginger powder, lemon juice .Mix well and let it marinate for few hours.
  • Take your wooden skewers and collocate your chicken cubes in, add your choice of veggies between the chicken cubes.
  • Grill the chicken skewers on medium till it’s fully cooked.

Serving

Serve the chicken skewers with Taktouka or Zaalouk side dishes with homemade bread or white rice.
