Moroccan Carrot Salad

  • In a sauce pan add water and let it boil then add your carrot and cook it half way, approximately for 15 minutes.
  • Mix all your ingredients to make a tick sauce 
  • Drain your carrot and rinse it with some cold water to stop the cooking and drain it again.
  • Poor your sauce and the carrots and mix it well.
  • Put your skillet on low heat and add your carrot mixture and sizzle it for 7 to 10 minutes.

This hot salad is nutritious and you can serve it as a side dish with your fried fish or steamed meat.
