In your dough maker add your two kinds of floors, Salt, Yeast, sugar and turn it on low and keep pouring your water slowly ,and increase your machine low level to medium level till you have a nice soft dough , the process should take less than 30 minutes.
Take your dough out of your maker and if it is sticky try to add some floors and put it on your clean kitchen counter ,and massage it with your hand palm for 5 to 7 minutes.
Make some large balls out of your dough, cover it with a clean cloth and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Release and sprinkle your dough with fine semolina on your counter and make it in the size of mini pizza, but ticker and leave to rise from 45 to hour approximately.
Turn on your oven at 375 degrees for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle some floors on your baking boards, put two of your round dough in each board; prickle your dough with a fork 4 to 5 times in different areas of your dough and put it inside the oven.
Bake your dough till it golden brown and take it out of the oven and do the same thing to bake the rest of your dough.
