Moroccan Beet salad

  • Preparation:
  • boil your beets in water for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Drain your beets and cut it into cubes or stripes.
  • Add your salt, pepper, lemon juice and EVOO to your beets and mix it well and let it sit in the fridge till it gets cold.
